TYPE OF CAMP: Overnight/Sleepaway. Overnight, coed summer camp.

BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: For children with exceptionalities: Learning Disabilities, NLD, Attention Deficit Disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders (Aspergers) and Incontinence and/or bedwetting issues. Our programme is entirely non-competitive, nurturing and is structured to boost children's self-esteem. With only 36 campers at any given time and a staff of 32, children receive all of the support necessary and are given opportunities to shine.
SPECIAL NEEDS CAMPERS: For children ages 6 to 14 with exceptionalities: Learning Disabilities, NLD, Attention Deficit Disorders, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders (Aspergers) and Incontinence and/or bedwetting issues.
CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
Waterfront/Aquatics, Wilderness/Nature, Fine Arts/Crafts, Music/Band, Theater, Swimming, Basketball, Martial Arts, Team Sports, and more. Archery, Ecology, Pottery, Challenge Ropes Course & Climbing Walls, Pottery, Martial Arts, Swimming, Canoeing, Camp Crafts, Canoe Tripping, Drama, Arts & Crafts.
CAMP LOCATION: Camp Kirk is located on 114 acres, approximately one hour and a half north-east of Toronto, Ontario Canada. Please see our website for more information and photos.
CAMP FACILITIES: Located on 114 acres of land, Camp Kirk's facilities are second to none. With a beautiful swimming pool, arts and crafts building, a performing arts centre, an ecology centre, recreation hall, wonderful family style dining-hall, comfortable sleeping cabins, central washroom and shower facilities, laundry service and more. CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: We provide an excellent LIT/CIT program for youth who have demonstrated strong leadership skills and a desire to join our summer staff.
CAMP SCHOLARSHIPS OR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE: Although we encourage families to seek their own financial aid, we do work cooperatively with them and assist them to source out possible subsidies. Additional funding may be available upon application and potential sources are offered to parents when they submit an application.

We offer a very nurturing, totally non-competitive environment where children are given every opportunities to challenge themselves at their own pace and where they can experience success and boost their self-esteem. We are dedicated to working with each campers in meeting their needs and ensuring that they have a positive and rewarding camping experience.

Session 2- July 12th to July 25th, 2016; $2,655 CND Session 3- July 29th to Aug. 11th, 2016; $2,655 CND Session 4- Aug. 14th to Aug. 23rd, 2016: $1,990 CND
