CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Tom and Maria Horner came to Catalina Island Camps in 1994 as camp directors. CIC is an American Camp Association Accredited camp. We believe campers should be unplugged from their busy schedules and given ample opportunities to connect with each other and positive role models and to discover new activities in the unique natural environment of Catalina Island and the Pacific Ocean.
