CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
Adventure, Waterfront/Aquatics, Wilderness/Nature, Fine Arts/Crafts, Music/Band, Theater, Video/Filmmaking/Photography, Swimming, Volleyball, Soccer, Basketball, Team Sports, and more. Volleyball, Canoeing, Scrapbooking, Drama, Crafts, Archery, Nature, Pioneering, Indoor Rock Climbing Wall, & Initiatives Course.
CAMP LOCATION: We are located 15 minutes south of Lindsay (90 minutes northeast of Toronto) in the beautiful Kawartha Lakes region on the Pigeon River.
CAMP FACILITIES: Located on 40 acres of land we have 10 cabins, a 4-unit motel, a large outdoor pool, outdoor sports court, beach volleyball court, large year-round gymnasium and dining hall, covered campfire, canoeing and paddleboats on the Pigeon River.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Mill Stream Bible Camp provides an environment where children and teens can grow spiritually, physically, mentally and socially in a safe and fun atmosphere. We are a Bible-based camp, teaching Christian faith in an outdoor environment. Our staff is trained and dedicated to helping your children and teens grow in all areas of their lives. Our camp is fully accredited by both the Ontario Camps Association and Christian Camping International. Please go to our web site to discover the various camps we offer and if your children are 8-13 years old, we also offer Day Camp for those wishing to come Monday to Friday during the day only. We also host Handi*Camp which is a specialized camp for children with special needs. Our team looks forward to meeting and serving your family this summer.
CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: Our LTP (Leadership Training Program) Camp is designed to help young teens discover their leadership skills and develop their leadership characteristics. Individuals will be provided with practical experience by working with campers and helping in several aspects of the camp operation.
YEAR-ROUND PROGRAMS: Ten months of the year we have dates available for retreats of all ages, conferences and meetings throughout the week or on the weekend. Our rates are very affordable with winterized accommodations for 20 to 110 people and home-style cooked meals, a fireplace, large auditorium and a games room. We also have a large number of activities when in season.
